Squinting (strabismus)

Strabismus, also called squinting, is a condition in which the eyes do not work together properly and do not look at the same point at the same time. This can lead to a deviation in the position of the eye, resulting in decreased depth perception and possibly double vision.

Double vision (diplopia)

Diplopia is a condition in which a person sees two different images of one object, resulting in double vision. This can be caused by problems with the eye muscles, optic nerves or other parts of the visual system.

Lazy eye (amblyopia)

Amblyopia, also known as a “lazy eye,” is a visual condition in which one eye does not develop normally during childhood. This leads to reduced vision in that eye, even after correction with glasses or lenses.

Eye Screening

An eye screening is a structured examination to detect early any eye problems, especially in young children. It includes various tests to evaluate visual acuity, eye movements, eye position and other aspects of eye health.
